Blaine Weyland

(Morning News & Voice of the Estevan Bruins). I was born in Humboldt, after graduating from High School I attended St. Peter's College and the University of Saskatchewan before I attended the Western Academy Broadcasting College. My career in radio started in Melfort, then I moved to Yorkton and since September of 2008 I've called Estevan. I have a deep passion for sports as I help coach High School Football, attend as many Roughrider games as possible and of course spend countless hours at rink covering the Estevan Bruins. My favorite teams are the Calgary Flames, Saskatchewan Roughriders, San Francisco 49ers and Toronto Blue Jays and my favorite memories in radio is calling the last Bruins game in the Civic Auditorium and the first game ever in Spectra Place.
